Why 43% of women give up on their diet before January is over.

If losing weight is one of your goals for 2023, I need to give you a word of caution.

Because you’re not alone.

In fact, 95% of all New Year resolutions are weight related.

Yet by February, over half of these people have given up on their diet.

And I’d hate for you to be another statistic.

This is why I’m going to give you the most important piece of advice you need before starting your diet –

Don’t expect fast results.

I know this is probably not what you want to hear.

Especially if you have a lot of weight to lose.

But trying to lose 5-10lbs overnight is why so many women throw in the towel on their diet.

They severely restrict their food.

They do way too much cardio.

And they say no to every offering of cake or leftover chocolate.

…Ultimately, they make themselves miserable for fast results.

Instead, I encourage you to do what my VIP clients do.

Because these women who’ve lost up to 5 stone without starving themselves or turning down weekend drinks with the girls.

And they’ve achieved amazing life and body transformation like these –

How?

By taking the slow-tide approach.

Instead of worrying about how much weight they can lose in one week…

They focused on the behaviours that were going to maintain a slim and healthy figure for years to come.

So although they melted away 1-2lbs and a couple of inches every week…

They also built lifelong habits so they avoided gaining weight once the diet was over.

This allowed them to seamlessly maintain their brand-new body forever.

Here’s the bitter truth about transforming your figure…

You can either have fast results…or results that last.

You can’t have both.

And unless you want to be setting the same goal this time next year…

Take the slow-tide approach.
