I hope you are feeling as amazing as you actually are, and I’m about to tell you what I mean by that…

Ladies come to me and give me a ton of reasons why they think they won’t succeed in improving their health and fitness…

  • Skill set
  • Time
  • Nutrition management


What they fail to see is how bloody incredible they are already!

That they have developed the organisational skills of Marie Kondo during their lives…

That their time management is on par with Elon bloody Musk’s…

And that they’ve forgotten more about running a successful life than most people will ever know.

Yet, as women, we often overlook the exceptional life skills that we have acquired.

We didn’t get them for nothing, girls…

They came because we had to struggle with getting 3 kids out of the door on time…

(All with the right shoes on the right feet 😂)

Batch cook for a large and very picky family from scratch…

Create a costume for World Book Day with an hour’s feckin notice…

And produce a school project on WWII when your little darling didn’t tell you until the night before it was due in… IYKYK 😡

It’s these skills, ladies, that will mean getting on top of your health and fitness is completely possible…
