Let’s face it, most of us tend to eat the same meals week in and out. You can insert those into your plan but I will also provide you with a delicious catalogue of meals that you can select from if you are feeling adventurous with food.
I even teach you how to cook!!! Instructional videos are provided if necessary to ensure you don’t mess up those delicious fresh ingredients.
Structuring your calorie budget to ensure that no essential food groups are eliminated and that healthy, high fibre carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats encompass 70-80% of your calories.
I tweak and adjust your food program as we progress and as often as you want to as I’m adamant that you are always making progress and also not getting bored with the same boring meals.
By practising calorie undulation and cycling, I can give you the freedom to have nights out, social occasions with feeling deprived and actually enjoying your fat loss journey.

Physique Transforming Workouts
It’s really important to me that my clients get the body they want. I provide the diet which will reduce body fat which in turn reveals the amazing toned body that my specialised training produces.
Weekly training program proves a very personalised program. This can be done from home or in the gym, it’s your call! We can safely program as much or as little as YOU WANT.
I like to make training programs simple and easy-to-follow. Complication is a distraction. Focusing on large compound moves that will get you in the greatest shape in the fastest time possible.
Core workouts are incorporated into all workouts to provide that overall fundamental strength and to protect and prevent injury.
Workouts that burn not only fat but oxidise blood glucose and muscle glycogen. Further to that, calories will be blitzed not just during the workout but for hours afterwards.
We work with you our clients to also continue with your preferred type of exercise alongside our tailored physique programs. This is important as you will only continue with exercise you enjoy.

In order to create a bespoke plan for you, it’s important to ascertain all variables that will affect your results. Fitness levels, current health, weight, hormones, sleep, insulin sensitivity, etc. This gives me all the information I need to ensure your nutrition and fitness program guarantees results.
2. Practical Meal Plans
In order to ensure your plan is successful, I create a meal plan based around YOUR CURRENT LIFE! Eating foods you LOVE, not boring, bland diet foods. Tweaking the plan to accommodate social occasions whilst still meeting your goals. I fit the diet around you and your life – not the opposite. You will get meal plans including breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes to assist you.
3. Training Program
Your training program will be designed based on your goals and preferences. It’s not a one size fits all, it’s bespoke and tailored to you. If strength training is your preference then I will provide a manual of videos and ‘how to lift’ to encourage fat loss and support muscle growth. I will optimise your physique with the time given using the latest training techniques and latest research to help you look lean and toned.
4. Weekly Telephone Call
I actually love speaking to my online clients every week. Verbally communicating, I find is the most effective way to get the the best results from my clients. I get a greater understanding, develop a better relationship, support and encourage to get optimal results for my customers. I can motivate and use my nutritional expertise to help you get the results you want, deal with any issues or questions personally, its the best service you can expect. You are not left alone, you have the ultimate accountability to me for 6 weeks or more.
