During my years of coaching 1000’s of clients, I have realised that people tend to turn their lives upside down in order to follow their ‘new diet’. Soon after, they realise that its unsustainable because food prep takes too long and they may not even like the foods they are eating.
The changes they make are too dramatic, a ‘too much too soon’ scenario. The calories are usually too low. They end up cooking separate meals for their families and spending too much time in the kitchen. They avoid social occasions so they don’t have to ‘break their diet’. Creating this much work when it comes to a healthier lifestyle is Firstly, not realistic and Secondly, usually results in bingeing, overeating and guilt with the diet/binge cycle continuing for many years.

Long gone are the days when diets consisting of eating only eggs, fruit or some weed concoction of foods. Eating a variety of foods makes it interesting and more sustainable.
Remember, its really important to incorporate a little of what you really want. This creates a balanced diet and will make it more likely to become a lifelong habit. If most of your calories comes from highly nutritious foods then its Okay to have a little treat whenever you want.

As a mum of 4, I understand time demands of busy people & family, therefore all meals should never take any more than 20 minutes maximum to prepare. I always advise batch cooking and refrigerating or freezing to have meals on hand for 3 days in advance. Each menu provides prep time and cook time for each meal, so you know in advance of preparation.

Not a problem, having lots of clients with individual food intolerance’s and dietary requirements, I am well versed in what will work for you. Most of the recipes are based on whole food ingredients ruling out gluten issues or other intolerance’s.
