Personal Training

Avail of private 1-1 or groups of 2 or 3 personal training sessions with Tara on-site at The Torrent Complex, Donaghmore, Co. Tyrone. You will be given full dietary support and a nutrition program, weekly check ins, and full online support . Full body composition testing is done on a regular basis to ensure progress occurs. Exercise programs are given and updated for home training, meal plans are updated regularly and discount vouchers are given for local suppliers of fresh food. A minimum of 8 weeks commitment required.
