Yes of course. If there is any meal on the Menu that you don’t like you can swap it out for another in that delivery period. You can put any changes on the special Instructions box at checkout.
No, you don’t. If you know you wont be at home that’s fine. Just leave a note at special instructions box at online checkout and tell the courier where to leave your food safely in case you are not at home. Fresh Food cannot be returned to the depot again, so ensure you leave that note for a safe location to leave it, e.g.; in the garden shed, in the porch, neighbour in No.47 etc.
Despite taking every precaution for food contamination we cannot guarantee there wont be cross contamination with the fresh food.
Whilst most of our food is whole foods they are naturally gluten free however sometimes we do have items that contain gluten. Please check menu online and swap out any meals containing gluten for another with that delivery period.
Our meals are prepared fresh on a Sunday and delivered by courier on a Monday & again cooked fresh on a Wednesday and delivered on a Thursday. The delivery times can vary between 9am-7pm on Mondays & Thursdays depending on traffic & weather. Once the courier picks up your food from our Kitchens, we have no control over delivery times. If you wont be at home during these times, please leave a note in the special instructions when purchasing, where your meals can be left safely if no one is at home to take the delivery.
All meals delivered on a Monday are dated to eat on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Meal delivered on a Thursday are dated Friday & Saturday.
The meals are packaged in a specially designed robust eco-friendly cooler bag inside a box, which is packed with ice packs to ensure maximum freshness on arrival to your home.
Our order deadline is 23.59pm on the Thursday night. If you miss this deadline we cannot get your meals delivered for the following Monday.
We deliver to any location in Northern Ireland. Ensure you put the correct address and postcode on your online order.
