I created this program to share with my clients after I came back from holiday feeling bloated, lacking in energy and feeling really yucky!!  I used it again when I had a tight fitting dress to wear to a wedding however it was mid cycle and I felt bloated and uncomfortable and needed to flatten down my tummy - it worked a treat!

How does it work?

The idea behind the this super quick detox is give your body a break, preparing the body to release energy again so that our organs, cells and tissue can work as they should. I have even give links to workouts that you can follow from home.  All meals are provided in a meal planner and recipes are provided and you many clients have continued for up to 14 days as they enjoyed it so much.

Who is Tara Grimes?

Tara is one of Ireland's top fitness & weight loss experts. Her journey as a nutrition and fitness coach is not the traditional route, but stems from her own experiences and life as a busy mum of 4. Tara holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Ulster and an MSc from Queen's University Belfast. Her business is based entirely on the success of her clients.
