I used it again when I had a tight fitting dress to wear to a wedding however it was mid cycle and I felt bloated and uncomfortable and needed to flatten down my tummy - it worked a treat!
How does it work?
The idea behind the this super quick detox is give your body a break, preparing the body to release energy again so that our organs, cells and tissue can work as they should. I have even give links to workouts that you can follow from home. All meals are provided in a meal planner and recipes are provided and you many clients have continued for up to 14 days as they enjoyed it so much.
